They've done it again!

Four Bucks says "I shot a clean match and won overall and my daughter Crazy Red won Ladies overall again. That's 2 years in a row for us. It's pretty neat to get to share things like that with your daughter."

"I must not have dropped any bullets this time 'cause they all went ding! Thanks for a great product..."

Congrats to you both, again! --ed.

Four Bucks Mike & Crazy Red

"I shot against Ol'#4 in Oregon at the {NW}Regional and we had a great, close match. Met him afterward and he convinced me to try Desperado bullets. When I got home, I ordered 2000 and started loading and shooting them right away. I was amazed at the consistency. I tell everyone I meet about them."

"My daughter, Crazy Red and I both used them with great success in the Alaska State Championship Shoot last weekend. She won Ladies Traditional and Ladies Overall and I won Mens Traditional and Match Overall. I shot all 10 stages with only one miss! I know that the bullets aren't everything but when you get to a certain level, using the very best equipment and components does make a difference."

"Thanks for a great product. We're hooked!"

And thank you, Four Bucks Mike! --ed

Attached is a picture of a target that I shot today. 25 yards, offhand, 10 shots. The group measured 1 1/8 inches with the 2 flyers, 7/8 without. The load was:

Federal Sm. Pistol Primer
3.8gr of American Select
Mixed brass
125gr Desperado Bullet

Many thanks Doc! --ed

I’ve had an opportunity to try your bullets and I thought that you might want a little feedback. I used your .452 200gr LRNFP over some T72F (Triple Seven FFG) in my 1875 Remington (Uberti) for my very first try at BP cartridge reloading. Way Fun! Accuracy is as good as or even better than using smokeless. Shooting a steel plate at 25yds, the only remains of your bullets were a flat lead disc. I usually find hard cast bullets intact. (Usually there IS a big dent on one end.) I’ve also tried them in my Stampedes with smokeless and found accuracy to be about the same as hard cast. However, I feel that if I can tune in a load, accuracy may be better. The one thing that stands out is leading. There is no leading. All three of my revolvers had lead built up on and around the forcing cone. Scrubbing would not get rid of it. Shooting about 100 of your bullets through each gun has removed the lead on the forcing cone. I have just received some more of your bullets and I hope to develop an accurate load for them in the next couple of weeks. You folks make a good product. This target (8.5”x11”) was shot using some of your 250gr bullets. My shooting bench was a little shaky.
