If you are not satisfied with our product:
Please review the information below before contacting us. If the product does not meet your expectations, we will do what’s right to fix it for you! Defective MerchandiseOccasionally you will find a slightly defective bullet. It may have a ‘skip’ in the lube groove, a small ‘dimple’ on the bearing surface, or even, heaven forbid, a really gross deformity. If it makes you nervous, don’t shoot it (we do, that’s how we use up all our culls and mistakes). However, if one slips through us and you don’t like it, set it aside and see if you still don’t have enough left to finish your 500 round batch of bullets. We are pretty sure you will. You see, we package at least 505 bullets per box just to cover this possibility. If you are still dissatisfied, call or write. Poor PerformanceAccuracy: If the bullets you purchased are not performing to at least the accuracy you experienced with other products, please first be certain you have the correct weight and properly sized bullet to match your weapon. In our FAQ section at www.cowboybullets.com/faqs.html we elaborate on proper fit and how to ‘slug’ your bore (we also cover concerns about proper ‘tuning’ of your pistols). If our bullets are the correct size for your guns, and you are not satisfied please call or write. If they are incorrectly sized to fit your guns, please see the section on “Wrong Product Ordered” below. Feeding and Operation: If the bullets are properly sized to fit your bore but are a hard fit into your cylinder chambers, first check to see if the cylinders are correctly reamed for that size bullet (again, see the FAQ’s). Remember, the bullet must match the bore and the cylinder throat may have to be ‘tuned to accept them when properly loaded. If there is still a problem, call or write. If the loaded ammunition with our bullets does not cycle through your rifle, first be certain your loading procedure and die settings are appropriate for that bullet and cartridge. Overall length is critical for consistent, flawless and speedy feeding, especially in Winchester 1873’s. If there is still a problem, call or write. If you are requesting a refund because of any condition mentioned above, we will need to see evidence that you have selected the proper bullet for the weapons in which you are shooting these bullets. Your word as a “cowboy” will suffice. Just provide us with the slugged barrel dimensions of the gun(s) in question. Loading Operations: If during the loading operation our product causes damage to other components, brass etc., and you have followed the instructions included with each box of bullets, we will gladly replace any component that has obviously been damaged as a result of using our product. If there is a problem call or write. If you experience any malfunctions we have not anticipated we would like to hear about them even if you are not requesting a refund or exchange. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for our product merely because it might be inconvenient or oilier than other products you may use. If you are experiencing problems and wish a refund we will either:
ExchangesIf you ordered the wrong product and wish to return it, please call 1-866-4 Bullet(s), (that’s 1-866-482-5538) for a return approval. Orders returned without prior approval cannot be accepted for processing. You will be responsible for all shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee if you do not wish to exchange the merchandise and simply want a refund. Exchanges are not subject to the restocking fee if you have not used any of the product. Any price differences will be adjusted at the time of the exchange. When the returned product is received, we will send the replacement order. |
